Refund Policy

At Four Kids Cattle Co. Ranch, we value honesty, fairness, and open communication. While we are a small family-run operation, we strive to provide clear expectations and do right by our customers.
Livestock Sales
All animal sales are final. Animals are sold “as-is” with full transparency about age, health, temperament, and care history. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after pickup or delivery. We are happy to answer all questions and allow you to meet or inspect the animal before purchase.
Goat Grazing Services
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit at our discretion due to scheduling, fencing setup, or transport costs.
If weather or unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified immediately and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Horseback Packing Service
Deposits may be required to hold your scheduled packing service. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit due to time, labor, and travel preparation already committed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather, trail conditions, or animal health concerns. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or rescheduled date.
