By using this website or booking services through Four Kids Cattle Co. Ranch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services Provided
Four Kids Cattle Co. Ranch offers natural land management services (goat grazing), livestock sales (cattle and goats for breeding, 4-H, and meat), and horseback transportation support for hauling gear and supplies. We do not offer guided hunts or outfitting services.
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule due to weather, livestock health, or other uncontrollable factors.
Livestock Sales
All animals are sold “as-is.” Health and care history will be disclosed to the best of our knowledge, but we do not offer guarantees after pickup. A bill of sale will be provided for each animal, and payment is due in full prior to or at the time of pickup. Delivery may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
Goat Grazing Services
Quotes are based on property size, terrain, fencing needs, and service duration. Clients must provide access to clean water and allow reasonable accommodation for portable fencing and care needs. Goats will remain under our supervision and management throughout the service.
Clients, their pets, guests, or workers may not harm, harass, feed, or interfere with the animals in any way. Any mistreatment, negligence, or intentional harm toward our goats may result in immediate removal of the animals, termination of service, and possible legal action or financial responsibility for veterinary care or replacement.
We are not responsible for minor property damage resulting from normal grazing behavior. However, we will make every effort to ensure proper containment and care while animals are on-site.
Packing Support Services
Our horseback packing support is transport only—we do not offer guide or outfitter services. All riders and clients are responsible for their own safety, gear, and legal compliance. We are not liable for injury, lost items, or failure to retrieve gear if proper communication and timing are not followed.
Payments & Refunds
Deposits may be required for certain services. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (for livestock sales) and at least 1 week (for packing services) in advance for a refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit or service rescheduling fees.
Site Use & Content
This website and its contents are owned by Four Kids Cattle Co. Ranch. No part of the site, logo, or materials may be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission. Any misuse of this website may result in denial of access or further legal action.
